We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of your item.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items are replaced only if they are defective or damaged.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded nor replaced.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase and may take up to 30 days for the refund to reach your account.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is defective or damaged at the time of the delivery.

Late or missing refunds

Sale items Refunds are only available for regular-priced purchases; SALE items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges Items are only replaced if they are faulty or broken. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and mail your item to Sunset Mall, Unit S06, Second Floor, Jumeirah Beach Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, if you need to exchange it for the identical item.
The time it takes for your replaced products to arrive may differ depending on where you live.
You should think about utilizing a trackable shipping service or getting shipment insurance if you are returning an item that costs more than 100 AED. We make no promises as to when we will get your returned goods.
