Global Consultation Consent, Acknowledgment, Waiver, Release, and Disclaimer

By booking, attending, receiving, accessing, purchasing, or using any consultation, assessment, communication, report, program, protocol, recommendation, product information, referral, or related service provided or arranged by Restore Trading LLC, Restore FZE, or Dr. Elie Abirached, collectively referred to as the “Services,” you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

 1. Parties Covered by This Agreement

For the purposes of this agreement, the “Protected Parties” include:

• Restore Trading LLC; 

• Restore FZE; 

• Dr. Elie Abirached;

• any present or future parent company, subsidiary, affiliate, related company, associated brand, successor, or permitted assign of any of the above;

• their respective owners, shareholders, directors, officers, managers, employees, physicians, healthcare professionals, advisors, consultants, coaches, practitioners, contractors, subcontractors, representatives, agents, assistants, suppliers, referral partners, and service providers; and

• any other person or organization involved in arranging, administering, supporting, communicating, or delivering the Services on their behalf.

Each Protected Party is intended to receive the benefit of the protections contained in this agreement to the fullest extent permitted by the laws that apply in the relevant jurisdiction. 

The consultation is intended to provide personalized information, education, and guidance relating to wellness, longevity, performance, recovery, nutrition, supplementation, and other health-related goals. The information provided during the consultation is for educational and wellness purposes and is not intended to replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from your qualified healthcare professional.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your health history, current medications, medical conditions, allergies, treatments, and other relevant circumstances. You understand that any recommendations provided during the consultation are based on the information you provide and may not be appropriate for every individual.

Any recommendations relating to supplements, peptides, nutrition, exercise, recovery, lifestyle interventions, or other wellness protocols should be considered in the context of your individual circumstances and, where appropriate, discussed with your physician or another qualified healthcare professional before implementation.

You acknowledge that individual responses to any recommendation, supplement, treatment, or protocol may vary. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Restore Trading LLC, Dr. Elie, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or adverse outcome arising from the improper, unauthorized, or inappropriate use of any recommendation, product, supplement, treatment, or protocol.
