Refund policy

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

If 30 days have passed since your order, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Items are replaced only if they are defective or damaged.
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded nor replaced.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase and may take up to 30 days for the refund to reach your account.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is defective or damaged at the time of the delivery.
