How to use

Confirm suitability with Restore before your first session
Enter through the upward-sliding hatch and settle into the zero-gravity seat
Set your session on the touchscreen: choose a preset, or set pressure and time manually
Start at a lower pressure and a shorter session while you get used to the chamber
Breathe normally throughout, using the mask if your chamber has the BIBS upgrade
Use the intercom if you need anything, or the one-key emergency stop to end a session early
Keep oils, aerosols and other ignition sources away from the chamber and oxygen equipment
Speak to a clinician first if you are pregnant, or managing ear or sinus problems, lung disease, a seizure history, recent surgery or implanted devices

Pro tip:

Build up gradually. Shorter sessions at lower pressure are the easiest way to get comfortable with the chamber before you extend them.
