How Grounding Works:

Grounding mats connect to the Earth’s outlet through a grounding wire that plugs into the ground (third prong) of a standard electrical outlet or directly into a grounding rod placed in the earth. This allows the mat to transfer the Earth’s natural electrons to your body, mimicking the effects of direct barefoot contact with the ground.

1. Conductive Material – The mat is made of conductive materials (like carbon or silver) that allow electrons to flow.
2. Grounding Connection – It connects to the Earth through a grounded electrical outlet or a grounding rod.

How to Use Your Grounding Bedsheet:

Spread the sheet across your bed and ensure it covers the sleeping area.
Connect the grounding cable to the connection pin on the sheet.

Plug the other end into a grounded wall outlet(UAE/UK type).
Sleep directly on the sheet with bare skin or light clothing for optimal grounding benefits.

For safety: Ensure that the outlet is properly grounded before use. A grounding tester can help verify this.

Note: The plug does not need to be switched on—the mat does not draw electricity; only the ground wire needs to be connected.
