HBOT involves breathing oxygen inside a specially designed chamber where atmospheric pressure is increased above normal levels. At Restore, HBOT is offered as part of our wider recovery and wellbeing services.

How it works
A supervised session in three steps.
Pressurisation
You lie down and the chamber pressurises slowly. Your ears may need clearing, much like on a plane.
Session and exit
You rest at pressure for the bulk of the hour, then the chamber returns to normal pressure gradually before you get out.
What to expect
A supervised 60 minute session.
Hyperbaric sessions are passive and guided from start to finish, with a specialist managing the chamber throughout.
- Session length: 60 minutes, including pressurisation and exit
- Wear: comfortable clothing, nothing loose or synthetic
- Ear pressure similar to a flight, easily cleared
- You can read, listen to audio or sleep
- No downtime, you can drive and train as normal

Frequently asked questions
How many sessions do people usually do?
Most regular users book the ten session pack rather than single sessions. Our team will talk through what makes sense for you.
Do I need to prepare?
Eat normally and avoid alcohol beforehand. If you have a cold or blocked ears, rebook rather than come in.
Can anyone book it?
No. We screen everyone first and some conditions rule it out. That check happens before your first session.
Will it feel claustrophobic?
The chamber is clear and you stay in contact with the specialist throughout. Tell us in advance if enclosed spaces are difficult for you.
How does the ten session pack work?
Ten sessions for AED 2,400, which is eight paid and two free. They do not need to be used consecutively.
