Practical information
Frequently asked questions
How is it different from a normal sauna?
Infrared warms your body directly rather than heating the air, so the room feels cooler while you still warm up. Most people find it easier to sit in for longer.
How long is a session?
Each session is 30 minutes.
How is it different from the Sauna Dome?
The Infrared Sauna is a cabin you sit in. The Sauna Dome covers your body while you lie down, so you recline for the session instead. Both use infrared heat.
What should I bring?
Swimwear and water. Towels are provided.
Is it included in a membership?
Yes. Contrast at AED 799 a month covers unlimited Infrared Sauna and Cold Dip, and it is included in the higher plans.
